Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled at the discretion of our provider.

We require a minimum of 2 business days (48 hours) notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

If something unexpected comes up (illness or personal emergency), we still require the cancellation fee. We will make every effort to fill your appointment from our waiting list. If we are able to fill your spot, your cancellation fee will be waived.

All treatment and product pricing is reviewed with you during your consultation and confirmed before any service begins.

We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned for a refund. If you believe you are experiencing an allergic reaction, take clear photos of the affected area and reach out to us by phone, email, or text. We will assist you and file an adverse event report with the supplier. In some cases, an exchange may be approved at the supplier's discretion.

Product exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and completed in person at Lips & Lines

For first-time clients, or returning clients who have not visited us in over a year, we require a $100 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit secures your appointment. It is fully credited toward the cost of your treatment and is refundable when cancellations are made with a minimum of two business days' notice. Any remaining balance is due at your appointment.

Our consultation fee reflects the time and expertise your provider invests in assessing your goals, reviewing your medical history, and building a personalized treatment plan.

If your deposit is not received at least 48 hours before your appointment, your booking will be released to clients on our waitlist.

Green P on-street parking is available along Church Street near our clinic at 557 Church St, Toronto, ON M4Y 2E2. You will also find metered spots on nearby side streets like Isabella Street, Wellesley Street East, Charles Street East, and Carlton Street. Parking is paid at Pay-and-Display machines or with the Green P app.

Our clinic is in a very transit-friendly part of the city.

Subway: The closest stations are Wellesley Station and Bloor-Yonge Station Both are a short walk (5 min) from the clinic.

Enter through the front doors on Church Street. Reception is at the front when you walk in. For safety and privacy, our doors are kept locked at all times. Buzz the door when you arrive and our team will let you in.
